These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Torcap platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Torcap services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Torcap on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Torcap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business operations.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, and use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Torcap to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, resell or sublicense the platform without prior written consent, or interfere with the integrity of our services.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Torcap platform—including software, trademarks, logos, and content—remain the exclusive property of Torcap and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Torcap platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Torcap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice. Torcap may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases and you must stop using all Torcap services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
